If I could give zero stars I would.The majority of staff are quite possibly the most small minded, patronising, unnecessarily rude and arrogant people Ive ever had the misfortune to come across. I thought city people were rude, and I hate making generalised statements BUT - it seems that the generic small minded rudeness comes more from those in so-called authority in smaller towns.
