Well stocked, friendly staff
I asked a question regarding one of the items' location but there was a female staff (around 60 years old) who looked at me with a disrespectful manner and she was reluctant to answer my question. I then realised that she was offended because I didn't say "please" to her. I suppose she was offended because I am a Middle Eastern man, asking for something without saying "please". I'm a teacher and I know how to adjust my voice not to be offensive. I always start like "hi" or "hello". She did discrimination and she doesn't deserve to work at Coles.

I always shop at Coles Gippsland Centre Sale as they have all the products I want and the staff are friendly, genuine and well trained. Keep up the good work!
