I had been meaning to try this restaurant and finally got there last night with family for my husband's birthday and we were all very impressed with the food and service
The customer service was horrible. Left before we ordered anything cause the waitress had a disgusting attitude and made us feel unwelcome.
I have only been there once... food was really good. It came out relatively quickly too which is what you want. What I also liked was they asked for our names as they took our individual orders (group of about 10). Little did I know they were already preparing the split bill at the end which was handy. First place I have been to that did that. Thanks.
Visited after reading the good reviews but am disappointed . Ordered the fried rice , Tom yam soup and fried vegetables. Been eating thai foods and this is one that doesnt taste Thai . It taste more like Chinese cooking !
The restaurant was quite large and for a week night visit, it was surprisingly busy and the steady stream of takeaway order never stopped. They are all good signs. Indeed, the food was not bad. The chicken satay was well cooked and the sauce nutty. The Tom yum goong was too sweet and lack the spicy hit. Maybe it was changed to suit local tastes. The Pad Thai was good and generous servings. Service was fast and friendly. It is certain decent Thai food in a country town but just missed the authenticity mark.
