The staff have always been helpful so I organised a makeup consultation with Penny. She was considerate and professional, displayed knowledge without pressure to buy. It was enjoyable and useful, highly recommend.
I usually shop here for my favourite brand of makeup. Almost two months ago I went in and they didnt have any of it, so I asked them when it would be in stock. They told me approximately a week. I have returned to Priceline FOUR times to check if its in stock, only to be told they dont know whats going on with it. The last time I went in, they told me they would specially order it for me right there and then. Two weeks later still nothing. They even asked me for my phone number on two separate occasions so they could ring me as soon as it was back in the shop. Nothing. I dont think Ill be shopping here again.
Really proffesional staff, a bit more expensive than The Chemist Warehouse but less mistakes which could save your life.
