Very poor customer service. Emails needed to be resent as they appeared to lose details. Needed to be chased.

If I could give less stars, I would. Our settlement was delayed because they forgot to book it in. What is an already a stressful experience, is made more so even though they are technically being paid to work for YOU. Completely slack and unprofessional. Even tried to resort to lying to lie the blame elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
Just disgusting, no communication and poor advice. My settlement has just been delayed and they could not be bothered telling me. Both the bank and estate agent have expressed their shock that my conveyancer has not provided me with necessary information. They even argued with me on the phone when I asked them to up their game. I will not be using them again, its not worth the reduced price as compared with other conveyancers, you get what you pay for.
