Have had several dissapointing appointments to say the least with this unorganized money grabbing busines, They do not explain things clearly and do not follow up on clients calling them to chase up results, due to them not doing their job. They then blame the client for their combined errors. Do not use this facility, find one that actually carez for its clients wellbeing not pockets..
The admin/secretary are rude and ignorant.All the doctors are useless exept Dr Nicolson.

Difficult to get an appointment with the same GP twice . Not helpful for continuation of treatment, but all are usually helpfulAnd pleasant. Reception v. Busy
Trash.. booked an appointment for 2pm.. still waiting at 2:45. So i walked out. Its not hard to manage a schedule but apparently these guys cant even do that. Definately not gunna put my medical wellbeing in their hands. Or my children.
