A woman was over charged buying a couple TV item's tho the staff soon fixed the mistake. Friendly staff good service

Went to buy some Headphones, and within 5mins was asked if I was ok. Then every few minutes I was asked if they could be of any assistance. The man at the check out was witty and helpful too. Excellent experience
Great experience shopping at this store. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I asked a question about my purchase, he did not just take the box out of my hands and read from it to me, as has happened in other local Harvey Norman stores! He knew his products and could answer my question. Worth the trip from Lakes Entrance to deal with this store.
