Staff pleasant and very helpful. Like the banter, parking good. Good stock in shop for all trades clothing etc.
I was able to purchase Hi-Vis polo shirts and wet weather gear and the Staff were Friendly and Helpful, if they didn't have the size you wanted they would have it for you within a few days
Was fitted for a pair of work boots in store. After wearing them for a day my feet hurt from my toes pressing into the steel caps while walking around at work. JSM refused to exchange as the brand did not offer a comfort guarantee. I am now out of pocket the price of a new pair of boots. Find somewhere else with a returns policy, not an excuses policy.
