In 15 years i have had 10 plus brand new cars. All have been delivered and service by local dealers, these guys have by far have been the least attentive. The service desk reception are happy and cheerful but behind that desk is a few unhappy and grumpy staff. I honestly have not been treated as poorly by staff of a large name dealer as i was here. I would recommend Donalda Mitsubishi in maffra or traralgon Mitsubishi in traralgon. Sale Toyota offers exceptional service. I will never return here
